The Baleet At the Performing Arts Center

The Ballet
St .Gregory (Grades 3-8) went to the performing arts center to watch a ballet. I thought that is was very entertaining because there was lots of creativity and graceful dances. Something that I expected to see was more music with singing, well I guess that is not the kind of music they use but that’s okay. When I saw the first dancer come out I thought well this isn’t going to be very entertaining, but I was wrong. The dancer used lots of the space she was given and she was really focused. I also liked there use of props. One of the dances they used stools. They carried them on and off the stage.





I really liked the music because there was a little bit of romantic songs and a little bit of jazz music. It was definitely a foot tapping song. The lights that they used were really cool because they would change to blue to green and other colors. If you were ever go to the Ballet at the Performing Arts Center you will definitely be in for a treat.
